Creating a Personalized Therapy Plan

Evaluations

Our team takes the time to understand each client as a whole person. Before therapy begins, we will review case history forms, ask you about your goals, and conduct specialized assessments to evaluate any areas of concern.

Based on the results, your therapist will develop an individualized treatment plan to address your needs and goals. You’ll receive a written report outlining our findings and recommendations, and we will work together to set a weekly therapy schedule.
